Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through goldmanlaboratories.com. By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment
Payments are only made by bank transfer or credit card.
Card payments are processed securely via our payment provider. After confirmation of the order, the customer may be redirected to a secure payment platform to complete payment. Payment details are encrypted and processed securely by the payment provider.
Goldman Laboratories does not store full credit or debit card details on its website.

2. Shipping and delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery destination, the selected shipping method, and the total value of the order. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, stock availability, and other circumstances outside our control.
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges payable in the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Order processing
Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed. Goldman Laboratories reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or delay an order where payment has not been received, where payment verification is required, where stock is unavailable, or where there is an error in product information, pricing, or availability.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, Goldman Laboratories will contact the customer using the contact details provided at the time of order.

All products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, Goldman Laboratories may offer an alternative product, delay dispatch until the item becomes available, or cancel the affected part of the order and issue a refund where applicable.

Product prices are displayed on the website. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges that may be payable for international deliveries.

6. Cancellations
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable law and any exclusions that apply.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform Goldman Laboratories of your decision to cancel by a clear statement, such as by email.
Products must be returned unused, unopened, sealed, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
For hygiene, health protection, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with, unless they are faulty.

7. Returns and refunds
If you wish to return a product, please contact Goldman Laboratories before sending the product back. Returned products should be securely packaged and sent using a suitable tracked delivery method.
Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Where a refund is approved, it will be made using the original payment method where possible.
Delivery charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges may not be refundable, unless required by applicable law or unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact Goldman Laboratories as soon as possible and provide your order number, details of the issue, and photographs where appropriate.
